Special Plan for the Sant Joan de Déu Complex

The purpose of the Special Plan is to address the relationship between the complex and the rest of the urban fabric of the city of Sant Boi de Llobregat.
The Special Plan follows the main guidelines of the institutional project of the owner, which aims at developing a healthcare, teaching, and research complex in the medical field, grouped under the title of Health Park (Parc Sanitari).

The project completes the accessibility scheme for the set of healthcare facilities, improving access to the current mental health campus and providing the Hospital with the necessary road connections.
