POLICE STATION

The new Blanes Police and Civil Protection Station is located in the Costa Brava Partial Plan, with the main entrance on Av. Parlament and an emergency exit onto the Crta. Accés Costa Brava (GI-682). The building is positioned at the eastern end of the site, with the remaining area used for surface parking covered by a photovoltaic pergola.

The design features a cubic volume with an interior courtyard, developed over basement, ground, and first floors. The ground floor houses public services, while the first floor contains offices and restricted areas. The basement includes police parking, detainee areas, a shooting range, and technical services. Vertical circulation is provided via stairs, elevator, and an external ramp.

The building adapts to the gentle slope of the site and ensures accessibility for all users. Roofs and façades are designed to reduce thermal and visual impact, discreetly integrating the technical installations.

The project combines functionality, security, and sustainability, offering a modern and efficient space for civil protection and police services.
