The building is organized into two volumes arranged in an "L" shape. One wing is oriented north–south: on the ground floor is the kindergarten entrance with classrooms facing south, while on the upper floor are the primary classrooms facing north. The other orthogonal volume encloses the courtyard and houses the gymnasium. At the intersection of the two volumes lies the main entrance to the building.
