On Rafael Casanova Street, the building has one basement level, a ground floor, and four upper floors.
On Ripollès Street, it comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, and three upper floors.
The complex consists of four blocks arranged in two parallel rows oriented east–west, freeing the interior space for communal use.
