The building’s volume responds to the neighborhood’s layout and aligns with Mossèn Jacint Verdaguer Avenue in order to provide a more urban image of the city. 60 dwellings, 31 parking spaces, and one commercial unit. The rental housing program for older people is designed to facilitate access to housing for individuals with reduced mobility, with a particular emphasis on accessibility.

The use of a prefabricated façade system made it possible to reduce costs and construction time, while providing a modern appearance without compromising the thermal comfort of the residents.
